wednesday, february 1, 2006 (workout)

(note: i had injured my foot and I picked movements that would not require a whole lot of weight bearing that might hurt.)

SET A: PUSHING
1) incline press - 3 sets of 10 at 50lbs
2) seated bench - 3 sets of 10 at 50lbs
3) overhead bench - 3 sets of 10 at 30lbs
SET C: HIPS & THIGHS
4) squats - 3 sets of 10 at 70lbs plus body weight
5) leg curls - 3 sets of 10 at 75lbs
NOT FROM A SET
6) shrugs - 3 sets of 10 at 40lbs
BACK TO SET A: PUSHING
7) dips - 3 sets of 10 with 160lbs assistance

CARDIO
exercise bike for 1 hour with bursts - rode 13.45 miles and burned 480.8 calories - the RPM range was between 60 and 90, and the average resistance was 8
